⚠️ Call for registration of Attorneys !

The ministry of justice has announced its intention to register all  federally licensed lawyers  within 2 weeks from today. Accordingly, attorneys residing in Addis Ababa are required to register themselves at justice bureaus located in Subcities where they pay annual taxes before December 23, 2021.Attorneys paying taxes outside Addis Ababa are expected to apply for registration at regional justice bureaus in accordance with the notice attached.  የፌደራል ፍርድ ቤት ጥብቅና ፈቃድ ላላችሁ በሙሉበፌደራል ጥብቅና አገልግሎት ፍቃድ
The federal high court has announced the change of location for conducting trials for limited criminal benches. The change is said to only affect remand courts which used to hear bail matters, Negligent Homicide cases as well as appellate criminal cases formerly held at the Lideta bench of the federal high court.
